Currently I am Chair of Pontyclun Community Council - trying to make government work for the community of Pontyclun. I also provide a consultancy service for public service providers.
In previous decades I was Senior Special Adviser and Head of the Strategic Policy Unit at the Welsh Government as well as Head of Corporate Affairs at the Welsh Local Government Association. My first career was as a teacher and researcher of public administration at institutions now called Teesside University and the University of South Wales.
