Currently I am Chair of Pontyclun Community Council - trying to make government work for the community of Pontyclun. I also provide a consultancy service for public service providers. In previous decades I was Senior Special Adviser and Head of the Strategic Policy Unit at the Welsh Government as well as Head of Corporate Affairs at the Welsh Local Government Association.
